Dear Valued OffenderWatch® Customer: Watch Systems has completed some exciting new enhancements to the OffenderWatch® program that will create a more user friendly experience. A few minor changes have been made that will positively affect your use of OffenderWatch®. These new features will be released to all agencies in the next few days. Be sure to close OffenderWatch® if you have not done so recently, as you will receive the new updates when you log in to OffenderWatch®. Please see the following explanation for each feature. Soundex Search- Soundex is a system of indexing (and finding) names by the way they sound rather than the way they are spelled. For example, a Soundex search for Smith will match Smith, Smyth, Smitty, and possibly other names. If you aren't sure how to spell a particular name, Soundex may help you find it.
