Dear Valued OffenderWatch® Customer:

Watch Systems has completed some exciting new enhancements to the OffenderWatch® program that will create a more user friendly experience. A few minor changes have been made that will positively affect your use of OffenderWatch®. These new features will be released to all agencies this evening, 6/2/2009. Be sure to close OffenderWatch® in the morning if you have not done so recently. You will receive the new updates when you log back into OffenderWatch®. Please see the following explanation for each new improvement:

•    Mandatory Password Update – This is an optional feature that must be set up by a customer support specialist at Watch Systems.  Admin level users can set a specified interval that would require all users in the agency to change their password within that time frame. This is another level of security for your agency.  Call our help desk to have this set up.

•    Secondary Address Type – There is now a fifth “Type” in “Addresses” under the “Address/Phone” tab, entitled “Secondary.”
