Dear Valued OffenderWatch® Customer:

Watch Systems has completed some new enhancements to the OffenderWatch® program that will create a more user friendly experience. Some minor changes have been made that will positively affect your use of OffenderWatch®. Please see the following explanation for each feature. Be sure to close OffenderWatch®, as you will receive the new updates upon logging back in.

•     “Non-Compliant” Change – Due to requests from many customers, the field name, in “Add/Edit/Search Offender”, has been changed from “Non-Compliant” to “Compliance”.  All functionality will remain the same, along with the text for the “Non-Compliant Reason” box.

•     Enhancements to “Documents” sub-tab – OffenderWatch® now supports up to 20 documents to be uploaded to an offender’s profile.  More formats are now supported (.pdf, .docx, .doc, .txt, .csv, .wps, .xl, .xls, .xlsx).
