Dear Valued OffenderWatch® Customer:

Watch Systems has completed some new enhancements to the OffenderWatch® program that will create a more user friendly experience. Some minor changes have been made that will help maximize the power of OffenderWatch®. Please see the following explanation for each feature. Users should see these changes upon logging in on 12/30/2009. If the OffenderWatch® application is open, be sure to close it, as you will receive the new updates upon logging back in.

Offender Search “Probation /Warrant/ Case”- In an effort to improve OffenderWatch® search ability, “Case” now offers a more robust search. Previously the “Case” search was limited to the “Case Number” and “Assigned to” fields. Now, “Case” has been moved to its own sub-tab and has been expanded to include additional search fields: Case Status, Date Opened, Date Closed, and Notes.

Manage Verifications Search (Additional Fields) - The “Manage Verifications” search has also been expanded to include new search fields for “Verification Comments” and “Verified by.” Use these new fields to narrow searches and create new offender lists.
