Tech Bulletins - Support CenterOffenderWatch Version 2.10- Mandatory Updrade (Initial Notice)
Attention OffenderWatch Users: Beginning Thursday evening March 18, 2010, upon logging in to OffenderWatch®, you will be prompted to upgrade to OffenderWatch® version 2.10. To perform the upgrade, simply follow the on-screen prompts after logging in. Further instruction will be sent Thursday. An upgrade to version 2.10 requires that you are already using version 2.09. All users currently using an older version of OffenderWatch® were notified of this last week via telephone or email. If you received notice last week please uninstall the OffenderWatch® version in use now, and reinstall version 2.09 @ http://www.watchsystems.com/support.php following the instructions sent in last week’s message. Currently, older versions (2.06, 2.07) will limit the functionality of OffenderWatch®, and after Thursday will leave you incapable of logging in. ...Click View File for Entire Document
