Louisiana Training- Probation and Parole Statewide System Breakdown- Louisiana is using OffenderWatch® as a statewide database to manage and track offenders in the state.
Searching Offenders- You can choose to search your own agency by selecting the offender search tab at the top of the screen. However, with the option of importing in mind, you should always search for an offender in linked agencies before adding the offender into your account. You will type in the offender’s last name, SID #, or other criteria. Click “Select All” in the middle of the page, then click “Search” in the left-middle of your screen. You will want to make sure he is not already entered into the system by another agency. If he does not exist then you will “Add an Offender.” You will be notified via pop-up message if you try to add a pre-existing offender.
